Biography

Lucinda is an architect, urban designer and heritage specialist and director of Lucinda Owen Architects, an emerging multidisciplinary Melbourne based practice specialising predominately in complex residential, multi-residential, commercial, civic and heritage projects with sustainability being key.  Her knowledge and experience regarding Construction, Planning & Environmental and Heritage Legislation underpins the Practice.  Lucinda is also a member of Yarra City Council’s Heritage Committee.

Lucinda’s approach is analytical, intuitive and collaborative, and is solution focused.  She is highly influenced by nature – ‘to me tapping into nature is beneficial at expanding ideation’.  Lucinda is actively passionate about affordable housing, building better cities and environmental protection and sustainability.
